When it comes to creating a wonderful scrapbook or photo book, people tend to think about the stories, the photos and memorabilia, the products and pages they’ll use to make their book.

And those are important—but having the time and space to work on the book matters just as much.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard people say, “I just don’t have room in my house to spread everything out and build a scrapbook.” Or, “Every time I sit down to work on my book, something comes up—the kids need help with homework, the dog needs to go for a walk, I get distracted by that TV show.”

What if you had a place to go just for scrapbooking? Somewhere you can carve out a few hours, surround yourself with others working on projects, and find a supportive, fun community at the same time?

My workshop events, retreats, and classes—many held in my Bellevue studio—are just the ticket. They give you room to spread out, time to devote toward your project, and the mental freedom you need to be at your creative best. From weekly “coffee crops,” monthly Saturday workshops, and Card and Scrapbooking 101 classes, to biannual weekend scrapbooking getaways, there’s something for everyone.
